Required Materials

  • Raspberry Pi
  • 5V Power Source,
    • Raspberry Pi 1, 2, 3 and Zero uses a MicroUSB connector for power
      • 2.1A or higher Power Supply is enough for Pi 3 and lower models
    • Raspberry Pi 4 uses a USB Type C connector for power
      • 3.1A or higher Power Supply is needed for the Pi 4 as it is more power hungry
  • HDMI Cable
    • Raspberry Pi 1, 2, and 3 have a full size HDMI connector on board
    • Raspberry Pi 4 uses a micro-HDMI connector instead
    • Raspberry Pi Zero have a mini-HDMI connector
  • 16GB or higher MicroSD Card
    • Class 10 or higher recommended for better speed and endurance
  • MicroSD Card Reader
